With immense pride and great pleasure, I welcome you to our school “Divine Santo Nino International School.” Our Motto – “Ignite Curious Mind, As Every Student Matters” is a pathway to fulfilling dreams for a Sparkling Future”. All of us do not have equal talent, but all of us have an equal opportunity to develop our talent.” This thought of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam sir sums-up the vision and mission of Divine Santo Nino International School. We provide skill based education from KG to XII. Our Vision has always been to be the front runner and provide impeccable quality in all forms of education. Our Objective is not only to ensure education but understanding of the reasons, methodology facts and figures of various concepts which can be inculcated in our day to day life.

We shoulder the responsibility to cater the best quality education at National as well as Global level. We aspire to inspire our students to grow into the ideal role model for the future generation while becoming responsible citizens of the country.

Malaika Ribeiro

I believe that Education has no limit. It transforms an individual into a unique personality. Education is not a preparation for exams. It is a preparation for life itself. Our school plays an immense role in creating an environment to nuture, shape and channelise children in the right direction.

Fostering academic excellence through inculcating international curriculum emphasizing to create a global student and compete oneself for the future challenges. For realising the vision of the school we stand committed to provide outstanding guidance, leadership, innovative and allround education. We work on the pillars of involvement, integrity, identity, learning, relationships and connections. I consider and treat each child as an individual and ensure that the child is provided a structured learning program as per their individual ability.

Chris Jolly

Chris Jolly is the Managing Director and founder of Jolly Learning Ltd., established in 1987. He launched Jolly Phonics in 1992, after collaborating with Sue Lloyd, the program's founding author. Together, they developed The Phonics Handbook, which gained widespread attention after being featured on UK TV. Chris expanded the program globally, adapting it for American English and ensuring its use in countries like The Gambia, Nigeria, Seychelles, and many others. Jolly Phonics is now used by schools worldwide, with independent research showing it helps children learn to read twice as fast.

Chris’s vision extended beyond reading, leading to the creation of Jolly Grammar to teach spelling, punctuation, vocabulary and grammar. He also initiated Jolly Futures, providing Jolly Phonics for free to schools in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia, achieving national adoption in several countries. Additionally, Chris developed Jolly Music, a program based on Zoltan Kodaly’s methods to teach music. He has received multiple honors, including an Honorary Doctorate of Letters from the University of Uyo and an Honorary Doctorate of Science from the University of Bristol. In 2019, he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the IPG a publishing trade association and has been awarded Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in recognition of his service and contributions to the field of education.

Victoria Carlton

Victoria Carlton is the Director of Victoria Carlton Programs, based in Western Australia, offering specialized education services and professional development for teachers. With over 30 years of international experience, she is an expert in literacy, learning difficulties, emotional intelligence and gifted education. Victoria is a recognized trainer for Jolly Learning Programs and regularly presents at global conferences. She is known internationally as the CHILD WHISPERER and children love to spend time with her.

She developed the EQ4KIDZ program to enhance emotional intelligence in children, gaining media attention and research backing from Curtin University. Victoria's programs, including STAR (Students at Risk), support students with learning difficulties, ADD, and giftedness. Her work is widely used in Australia, Singapore, Brunei, and China.

Victoria is the author of several books, including What Do I Teach?, All Kids Are Smart, and Mind Journeys, and has co-authored Prince Nila Discovers a New Kingdom, Singapore’s first children’s storybook with augmented reality.

Known for her pragmatic, clear approach, Victoria helps teachers and school leaders address educational challenges, improve standards and design engaging, high-quality learning experiences for all students. Her ultimate goal is to empower students, parents, and educators to reach their full potential.

Coral George

Coral George is a global speaker and "Synthetic Phonics Ambassador," working with Education Inspectors, Universities and Local Education Authorities. She is a certified teacher trainer for Jolly Learning, Phonics International, Floppy's Phonics and Rocket Phonics. Trained by renowned experts such as Sue Lloyd, Sarah Wernham, Debbie Hepplewhite, and Ruth Miskin, Coral has extensive international experience, including teaching in England, Egypt, and Spain, where she worked with the Spanish Ministry of Education/British Council Bilingual Project.

A pioneer in synthetic phonics training, Coral achieved exceptional literacy results with her students by implementing Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar. She was providing synthetic phonics teacher training long before it became UK government policy. Recently, she developed Power Phonics, a systematic phonics program for young learners, in collaboration with Spanish publisher SM. Coral is also a TEDx speaker, empowering teachers through synthetic phonics.

Father Arul John Bosco

Arul John Bosco is a distinguished educator and administrator with a passion for fostering holistic development in students and promoting academic excellence and has held several senior positions in different educational institutes across India. Currently, he holds two prominent leadership positions: as the Manager of St Xavier’s Institute of Education and the Principal of St Xavier’s Boys’ Academy in Mumbai. In his role as Manager at St Xavier's Institute of Education, Fr. Arul oversees the academic programs, faculty development, and student welfare, ensuring the institution remains at the forefront of teacher training in the region. Under his stewardship, the Institute has strengthened its reputation for academic rigor and a commitment to shaping future educators who will go on to make impactful contributions to society. As the Principal of St Xavier’s Boys’ Academy, he leads the school with a vision to cultivate well-rounded individuals. His leadership emphasizes academic excellence, character building, and the development of critical thinking skills, all while upholding the school's values rooted in Christian teachings. Under his guidance, the school has achieved numerous accolades in both academics and co-curricular activities, cementing its place as one of the top educational institutions in the area. With a deep commitment to educational leadership, Father Arul John Bosco advocates for a student-centered approach that blends modern educational methodologies with traditional values, creating an environment where both educators and students can thrive.

Abhishek Goel

Abhishek Goel is a visionary leader and co-founder of SAAR Education Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering educational organization that is redefining India’s academic landscape. With a passion for innovative learning and evidence-based methodologies, he is dedicated to reshaping how education is delivered across the country, ensuring it is both impactful and contextually relevant to India's diverse student population. As an educational publisher and advocate of proven pedagogical frameworks, he works alongside a dedicated team to introduce and implement effective educational approaches. His work revolves around advocating for teaching methodologies that are grounded in research and best practices, such as the CPA approach (Concrete, Pictorial, Abstract) and the Science of Reading. These methodologies are designed to help students not just learn but understand deeply and develop essential skills in a holistic, sequential manner. His commitment to improving educational practices extends beyond publishing. He is an active speaker and engagement facilitator, regularly delivering talks and workshops aimed at empowering educators, school leaders, and policy-makers. Through these platforms, he promotes the Science of Reading — an evidence-based approach that revolutionizes how children learn to read, focusing on phonics, comprehension, and vocabulary development in a structured manner. He believes that every child has the potential to excel if provided with the right tools, and is passionate about equipping educators with the frameworks needed to make this a reality. Abhishek also advocates for a student-centered approach, which emphasizes active learning, critical thinking, and the development of problem-solving skills. He strongly believes that the future of education lies in moving beyond rote learning and standardization towards personalized, inclusive, and holistic education systems that nurture creativity and critical engagement in young minds. Through his work, he strives to bring about educational changes at the grassroots level and inspire the next generation of educators and leaders. By championing evidence-based practices, he aims to improve educational equity and outcomes, ensuring that students in India are well-equipped to face the challenges of the 21st century. His long-term vision is to transform the educational landscape in India, making learning more accessible, engaging, and effective for students from all walks of life.
